With the California entering the Beyond the Blueprint phase of recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, I am open, continuing to follow national, state, and local guidelines. I have greatly appreciated your patience and support during this unprecedented time. I hope you have been able to find some relief while under the past guidelines, but I’m sure many of you are ready to return to a more normal health routine. I have worked hard to provide you a clean and safe environment so you can again experience the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy.
As we know all too well, CDC and government agency requirements change often as they learn more about COVID-19. I appreciate your patience and understanding if the policies below are revised as new findings are made.
I have always been committed to providing a clean and safe massage environment for you. During the COVID-19 crisis, I have reinforced those procedures and added additional measures. Cleanliness will continue to be a prime focus moving forward.
Among the steps I am taking:
- Prior to your service, you will need to complete a brief questionnaire {LINK} to ensure services may be received. If you are unable to receive your massage, your appointment will be cancelled with no penalties.
- Masks are not required for fully vaccinated individuals but are required for those who are unvaccinated. Proof of vaccination (e.g. a vaccination card) is not required. By completing the questionnaire above, you will be self-attesting to your vaccination status, and agreeing that you will abide by the applicable requirements.
- If you need to wear a mask and don’t have one, I will provide a mask for you if you don’t have one.
- You and I will wash or sanitize hands prior to the start of all services.
- I will wear gloves during your massage upon request.
- An additional 15 minutes has been added between each session to allow for thorough cleaning and sanitation of the treatment room.
- Because I am fully vaccinated, I will not be wearing a face mask throughout all physical interactions with clients.
- Hand sanitizer will be available at the front counter and in the treatment room for use by both clients and myself.
- I change sheets and face covers after each client and wash at high temperatures to minimize the transmission risk, as recommended by public health authorities.
- A contact-lite transaction process including the availability of digital forms.
I am excited to be able to bring you the therapeutic massage experience you deserve and expect! Massage therapy is vital, as always, to your health and wellness, and I remain committed to providing a safe and healthy environment.
My commitment remains for you to rejuvenate, relax, and recharge when you need it most. Thank you for your trust.
I look forward to seeing you again soon!
